Ingredients:

  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1 green apple

  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Wash the spinach, cucumber, and green apple thoroughly.

  3. In a blender, combine the spinach, cucumber, green apple, lemon juice, and coconut water.
  4. If desired, add a few ice cubes for a chilled smoothie.
  5. Blend all the ingredients together until smooth and creamy.
