Berry Blast Smoothie Recipe


  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup almond milk (or any preferred liquid)
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)


  1. Wash the mixed berries and remove any stems.
  2. Peel the ripe banana and break it into smaller pieces.
