Berry Blast Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup almond milk (or any preferred liquid)
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
Instructions:
- Wash the mixed berries and remove any stems.
