Creamy Avocado Smoothie Recipe


  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup spinach or kale
  • 1 cup almond milk (or any preferred liquid)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • Ice cubes (optional)


  1. Cut the ripe avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh.
  2. Peel the ripe banana and break it into smaller pieces.
  3. In a blender, combine the avocado, banana, spinach or kale, almond milk, and honey or maple syrup (if desired).
  4. If desired, add a few ice cubes for a chilled smoothie.
  5. Blend all the ingredients together until smooth and creamy.
  6. Pour the Creamy Avocado Smoothie into a glass and enjoy!
