Protein Power Smoothie Recipe


  • 1 scoop of protein powder (vanilla or chocolate flavor)
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1 cup almond milk (or any preferred liquid)
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter or peanut butter
  • Ice cubes (optional)


  1. Peel the ripe banana and break it into smaller pieces.
  2. In a blender, combine the protein powder, banana, mixed berries, almond milk, and almond butter or peanut butter.
  3. If desired, add a few ice cubes for a chilled smoothie.
  4. Blend all the ingredients together until smooth and creamy.
