Oatmeal Banana Smoothie Recipe


  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup almond milk (or any preferred liquid)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Ice cubes (optional)


  1. Peel the ripe banana and break it into smaller pieces.
  2. In a blender, combine the banana, rolled oats, almond milk, honey or maple syrup (if desired), and vanilla extract.
  3. If desired, add a few ice cubes for a chilled smoothie.
  4. Blend all the ingredients together until smooth and creamy.
